giotis boutique hotel exceeded our expectations during our city break in ioannina. the rooms were big, comfortable, and modern. the staff was delightful and helped us find a delicious local taverna for dinner. the hotel's location next to the main road didn't disturb our sleep at all.

super clean and nicely decorated hotel with spacious rooms and all the amenities you need. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool was a much-needed treat after a long journey, and the hotel is close to a fantastic local taverna where we had the best Mille-feuille ever! Loved the local insights and the quick laundry service.

The staff are very polite and accommodating, and the breakfast is delicious and plentiful. There is also a lovely view of the surrounding area.

The driveway into the hotel is shared with an adjacent gas station, which can be a bit confusing and busy at times.

I always choose this hotel because they helped me with heavy bags on my first stay. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge area, outdoor dining, restaurant. Coming back for Christmas!

The hotel had two car parks which was really convenient. It was located close to the highway, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and modern. there was a swimming pool outside which would have been nice to use if we had more time.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with tips and directions. The location was great, allowing us to avoid city center parking and traffic while still being able to reach the city quickly. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and the hotel was pleasantly quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. We would definitely stay here again.
